*Drone photography is subject to weather conditions and FAA rules & regulations and therefore may not be available for every location.  Since aerials are included at no extra charge, they will not be refunded in any way if unable to fly for any reason.

**** If it's not right, I'll make it right!  If you inform me of any special rooms, angles, locations, etc that are must have images I will do my best to include those requests.  Please be sure to let me know before I leave the property. Any/all property lines or notations are for reference only and not considered accurate.  You may cancel or re-schedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance of appointment.  Cancelations less than 24 hours in advance are subject to $100 cancelation fee.
